Privacy
This policy covers www.engplain.com. Hameed Ur Rehman publishes EngPlain.
If you create an account, we store the name and email you submit. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to that email, or Google sign-in. After you sign in, the browser keeps an access token in local storage so later visits stay signed in. Signing out removes that token from the browser.
The theme control stores your light or dark choice in local storage. Page measurement uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without setting a cookie.
Articles may show ads from Google AdSense. Those ads load only after you choose Accept on the article. Reject leaves the ad script unloaded.
Google and other advertising partners may set and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons and IP addresses, to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where the law allows them. That happens as a result of ad serving on this site.
How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps.
Account data is used to sign you in and to attach posts you publish to your author profile. We do not sell your name or email. Analytics and ads are used to understand which pages are read and to fund the site.
Questions about this policy go to the editor, Hameed Ur Rehman, at hameedurrehman35@gmail.com. The site itself is described on the About page.
